Finials

The finials had been sawed of the roof, probably when the house was re-roofed. The pendants remained on

 two sides but the East side was missing. Fortunately the Voss family had saved everything and they were

 in fairly good condition.

 I decided to have new pendants and finials turned, and used the old porch posts from the 1910 porch, which

 were redwood and the right diameter, and clear with vertical grain. The original finials and pendants

are stored.
